Arrival to beautiful Milan.

We travel to Barolo wine area as we tour the renowned Barolo cellar and back in the Panoramic tour. In the afternoon, we visit Grinzane Cavour the impressive medieval castle, one of the symbols of Langhe hills. Here we can enjoy the breathtaking view of the castle and dinner in the Michelin-starred restaurant set inside the medieval building.

It's time for the great Cooking Experience in a prestigious castle with a chef. Later on we visit the Wine Bank, an institution created for the preservation of the historic memory of the Italian wine. A special sunset hot air balloon flight to discover the gentle hills from another point of view, flying over a refreshing breeze.

We head to Torineo and Venaria Reale, the magnificent Savoy residence, a natural and architectural masterpiece. In the afternoon, an enthusiastic tour through Turin driving 500 Fiat, symbol of the city.

We depart for an exciting truffle hunting excursion looking for the prestigious Alba White Truffle with a truffle-hunter and his trained dog. This is the most exciting experience for truffle enthusiasts. After the excursion, time for some luxury relax: entrance to an exclusive SPA and wellness center for a professional massage session.

We will experience the Dogliani DOCG wine seminar in a well-known historical cellar. In the afternoon an expert personal food shopper will guide us in the best shopping of local products and truffles.

We visit the Alta Langa area, with its wild landscape spotted by woods and fields and to a traditional dairy to discover all the steps of cheese making process. And cheese always goes with wine so our next stop is Canelli, for a guided visit to the oldest Italian wine cellar producing “metodo classico” sparkling wine and its huge underground cellars, the so called “Underground Cathedrals”,

After breakfast meeting with the tour leader. Transfer to Milan city centre and meet your personal shopping advisor and fashion counsellor to enjoy a unique experience in Italy's Fashion Capital. Aperitivo and lunch in a charming restaurant. Afternoon at leisure and back to the accommodation facility. Stroll in the graceful city of Cherasco and tasting of the traditional pralines “Baci” (“kisses”) with chocolate and hazelnuts from Piedmont in a historical pastry shop. Dinner in a characteristic osteria to taste a typical product of this town: snails. Overnight stay.

After breakfast, meeting with the tour leader and transfer to Gavi wine area, in southeast Piedmont, to discover this great wine region. We visit a historical wine cellar for wine-tasting. Lunch. Afternoon at leisure. Gala dinner in a charming restaurant. Back to the hotel and overnight stay.
