SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped through the courier partner company ( ACS Courier ). You choose the place of delivery when completing your order, stating the delivery address you want. No shipments are made outside Greece and Cyprus.

For some orders within Attica the shipments are made by the staff of our company for faster and better service.

SHIPPING COST

- Free shipping on all orders.

- It is noted that the method of 'Cash on Delivery' is not charged with additional costs.

DELIVERY TIMES

- Shipments to land destinations and large urban centers are made within 1-3 working days.

- Shipments to island destinations are made within 1-3 working days.

- Shipments to remote / inaccessible areas are made within 1-7 working days.

* It is noted that in a period of discounts and special offers the delivery time may increase due to increased volume of deliveries

ORDER STAGE & SHIPPING PROCESS MONITORING

You can find out about the stage of your order by making click here if you have been sent the shipping number via e-mail .

When the order leaves for shipment you will receive a notification e-mail , which will also indicate your parcel number, as well as instructions for tracking the progress of your parcel.
